Removal of flange laying from a bent shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Take off a gear belt.
2. Weaken a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft. For prevention of rotation of a bent shaft the assistant has to include any transfer and press a brake.
3. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft and remove a pulley (see rice. Unscrewing of a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft).
4. Remove flange laying from a bent shaft (see rice. Removal of flange laying from a bent shaft).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish flange laying on a bent shaft, and the convex surface of flange laying has to be on the other hand from the oil pump.
2. Check that the segment spline is established in cranked to a shaft and establish a pulley of a bent shaft so that the groove on a pulley was combined with a spline.
3. Fix a pulley of a bent shaft by a bolt, at the same time hold a bent shaft of the engine from a provorachivaniye.
4. Establish a gear belt.
