4.16. Oil pallet

GENERAL INFORMATION

Oil pallet

1 – oil reflector;

2 – top part of the pallet;

Removal

Removal of the lower part of the oil pallet

Removal of a maslopriyemny pipe

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.

2. Lift a forward part of the car and record on supports.

3. Merge engine oil from the engine. Establish a new washer on a masloslivny stopper and screw up a stopper in the oil pallet.

4. Unscrew bolts and remove the lower part of the oil pallet (see rice. Removal of the lower part of the oil pallet).

5. To remove a body of the oil pallet, remove a forward exhaust pipe.

6. Unscrew bolts and remove the lower protective plate of a flywheel.

7. Gradually unscrew bolts of fastening of a body of the oil pallet to a cover of the pump and block of cylinders of the engine. Take a body of the oil pallet from under the car.

8. Unscrew bolts and remove a maslopriyemny pipe with the mesh filter (see rice. Removal of a maslopriyemny pipe).

Installation

Installation of a new sealing ring on an oil receiver pipe

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear all traces of dirt and oil from the interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and block of cylinders.

2. Establish a new sealing ring on a pipe of an oil receiver and install an oil receiver pipe on the engine (see rice. Installation of a new sealing ring on an oil receiver pipe).

3. Check that the interfaced surfaces of the main block of the oil pallet and the block of cylinders pure and dry and apply a thin film of sealant on the top part of the main oil pallet.

4. Install the main block of the oil pallet on the block of cylinders and fix by bolts. You make tightening of bolts from the center in the diagonal sequence.

5. Establish a protective plate of a flywheel.

6. Establish a forward exhaust pipe.

7. Check that the interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and the lower oil pallet pure and dry. Apply a thin film of sealant on the interfaced surface of the lower oil pallet. Install the lower oil pallet and fix by bolts.

8. Lower the car and fill in engine oil in the engine.
