Removal

Removal of an internal rotor of the oil pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Take off a gear belt
2. Remove pulleys of the oil pump and a bent shaft.
3. Remove the main unit of the oil pallet.
4. Unscrew bolts and uncover the oil pump the end of a bent shaft.
5. Using a marker, note the mutual provision of an internal and external rotor of the oil pump.
Remove an internal and external rotor of the oil pump (see rice. Removal of an internal rotor of the oil pump).
If it is necessary, unscrew a bolt of the safety valve of pressure, remove a sealing ring.

Check

Measurement of a gap between rotors of the oil pump

Measurement of a gap between an external rotor and the case of the oil pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear details of the oil pump and check them for wear existence.
2. Using a probe edge, check a gap between teeths of a rotor of the pump and between an external rotor and the case of the oil pump (see rice. Measurement of a gap between rotors of the oil pump, Measurement of a gap between an external rotor and the case of the oil pump).
3. Check that protect the piston the telny valve easily and freely moved under the influence of a spring.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install a new sealing ring on the safety valve of pressure and screw up the valve in the block of cylinders, having tightened it the required moment.
2. Oil a pump rotor pure engine and establish in a pump housing according to earlier made tag.
3. Replace sealing rings of the oil pump and a bent shaft.
4. Check that the interfaced surfaces of the case of the oil pump and a cover of the pump, pure and dry.
5. Apply a thin film of sealant on the interfaced surface of a cover of the oil pump and, being careful, establish a cover of the oil pump.
6. Apply sealant on a carving of bolts of fastening of a cover of the pump and screw up screws, having tightened them the required moment.
7. Establish pulleys of the oil pump and a bent shaft. Install the oil pallet.
