4.12. Replacement of a sealing ring of the camshaft

GENERAL INFORMATION

Arrangement of bolts of fastening of a back casing of a gear belt to a head of the block of cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a camshaft pulley.
2. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a back casing of a gear belt of a head of the block of cylinders and move a casing of a gear belt as it is possible further from a head. For the best access to oil condense to a telny ring of the camshaft completely remove a back casing of a gear belt.
3. Drill two small openings in end faces of a sealing ring. Screw in two self-cutting screws and flat-nose pliers for heads of screws extend a sealing ring from a nest.
4. Clear a nest of a sealing ring and the condensed surface of the camshaft.
5. Oil a new sealing ring pure engine and, using a tubular mandrel, establish it into place.
6. Screw in bolts of fastening of the top part of a back casing of a gear belt to a head of the block of cylinders.
7. Establish a camshaft pulley.
