4.8. Casings of a gear belt

Removal

TOP CASING

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and record on supports. Remove the right forward wheel.
2. Remove a casing of the air filter.
3. Take off auxiliary driving belts.
4. Establish a jack under the engine and through wooden whetstone raise the engine until all top of the engine is not perceived by a jack. Unscrew nuts and remove the right suspension bracket of the power unit.
5. Unscrew bolts and remove the top casing of a gear belt together with rubber consolidation.

LOWER CASING

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the top casing of a gear belt.
2. Remove a pulley of a bent shaft.
3. Unscrew bolts and remove the lower casing of a gear belt together with rubber consolidation.

INTERNAL CASING

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Take off a gear belt.
2. Remove a camshaft pulley, a pulley of the fuel pump of high pressure, a single pulley and the mechanism of a tension.
3. Unscrew bolts and remove an internal casing of a gear belt.

Installation

Installation of rubber laying in a casing of a gear belt

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. At the same time check correctness of an arrangement of rubber laying (see the drawing).
