PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Lift a forward part of the car and record on supports. Remove the right forward wheel.
3. Remove a casing of the air filter.
4. Take off auxiliary driving belts.
5. Establish a jack under the engine and through wooden whetstone raise the engine until all top of the engine is not perceived by a jack. Unscrew nuts and remove the right suspension bracket of the power unit.
6. Unscrew bolts and remove the top casing of a gear belt together with rubber consolidation.
7. Turn the engine a wrench for a pulley of a bent shaft clockwise. Rotate a bent shaft until the tag on a pulley of a bent shaft is not combined with the index on the basis of the oil pump.
8. Bolts record pulleys to a raspreda of a litelny shaft and the fuel pump. If the fixing bolts were established, so phases of gas distribution are adjusted correctly.
9. If the fixing bolts cannot be established because openings are displaced, it is necessary to make adjustment of phases of gas distribution.
10. Weaken bolts of fastening of the mechanism of a tension of a gear belt and disconnect a tension mechanism spring from adjusting pins.
11. Take off a gear belt from pulleys of the camshaft and fuel pump.
12. Turn pulleys of the camshaft and fuel pump aside where it is less than a distance before combination of adjusting openings in pulleys from an opening to a hole in the block of cylinders and a head.
13. Bolts record pulleys to a raspreda of a litelny shaft and the fuel pump, at the same time the tag on a pulley of a bent shaft has to be combined with the index.
14. Establish a gear belt on pulleys of the camshaft and fuel pump.
15. Take the blocking bolts.
16. Weaken a bolt of fastening of a pulley of the mechanism of a tension and turn a pulley of a bent shaft in the opposite direction on 60 ° (counterclockwise). Automatically to adjust a tension of a gear belt, record a pulley of a bent shaft from a provorachivaniye and tighten a bolt of fastening of a pulley of the mechanism of a tension.
17. Turn a bent shaft on two whole revolutions and check that all adjusting tags on pulleys were combined with the index.
18. Weaken a bolt of fastening of a pulley механиз ма tension and turn a bent shaft on 60 ° counterclockwise to adjust a tension of a gear belt. Record a pulley of a bent shaft from a provorachivaniye and tighten a bolt of fastening of the mechanism of a tension.
19. Establish a bent shaft of the engine in situation at which the piston of the first cylinder is in the top dead point in a step of compression and check that all adjusting tags on pulleys combine foxes with indexes.
20. Establish casings of a gear belt and a pulley of a bent shaft.
