GENERAL INFORMATION
Prevention

At installation of a flywheel it is necessary to use new bolts.

Removal

Removal of the fixing plate from a flywheel

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the transmission and coupling.
2. Record a flywheel from a provorachivaniye, having established a clamp on a gear wreath of a flywheel (see rice. Fixing of a gear wreath of a flywheel from a provorachivaniye). Apply a combination tag on a bent shaft and a flywheel.
3. Unscrew bolts and remove a flywheel (see rice. Removal of the fixing plate from a flywheel).

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check a flywheel for wear from coupling and a condition of teeths of a gear wreath of a flywheel.

Installation

Tightening of bolts of fastening of a flywheel

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear the interfaced surfaces of a flywheel and a bent shaft.
2. Put the means interfering unscrewing of bolts on a carving of bolts of fastening of a bent shaft.
3. Establish a flywheel according to earlier put tag and fix by bolts, having tightened them the required moment.
4. Remove a clamp of blocking of a flywheel and install the transmission.
