4.11.1. Camshaft pulley

Removal

Removal of a pulley of the camshaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Take off a gear belt.

2. Screw in tightening a camshaft pulley bolt in a head of the block of cylinders and unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley.

3. Unscrew tightening a bolt and remove a pulley from the end of the camshaft (see the drawing).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check that the adjusting pin of a pulley of the camshaft is in a camshaft end face.

2. Establish a camshaft pulley, having combined an opening in a pulley with an adjusting pin.

3. Establish tightening a camshaft pulley bolt then screw in bolts of fastening of a pulley, having tightened them the required moment.

4. Establish a gear belt.
