Removal

Use of the special tool for fixing of a pulley of the fuel pump from a provorachivaniye when unscrewing a bolt of fastening of a pulley

Removal of a pulley from a shaft of the brake pump

After removal of a pulley from a shaft of the fuel pump remove a segment spline.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Take off a gear belt.

2. Using the special tool, record a pulley of the fuel pump from a provorachivaniye (see rice. Use of the special tool for fixing of a pulley of the fuel pump from a provorachivaniye when unscrewing a bolt of fastening of a pulley).

3. Unscrew tightening a bolt of fixing of a pulley and unscrew a nut of fastening of a pulley of the fuel pump.

4. Remove a pulley from a shaft of the fuel pump (see rice. Removal of a pulley from a shaft of the brake pump).

Prevention

The pulley of the fuel pump is established on a cone therefore for its removal it is necessary to use a stripper.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a segment spline in a groove of a shaft of the fuel pump and establish a pulley, having combined a groove on a pulley with a segment spline.

2. Fix a pulley by a nut, having tightened it the required moment, at the same time hold a pulley from a provorachivaniye the special tool.

3. Turn a pulley of the fuel pump in such situation that adjusting openings were combined and record a tightening bolt.

4. Establish a gear belt.
