GENERAL INFORMATION
Prevention

For removal of a steering wheel it is necessary to use a stripper.

If on the car the safety cushion is established, before work read the prevention (see subsection 18.57).

Removal

Disconnect the electric socket from the button of a sound signal

Bending back of uvulas of the fixing washer fixing a nut of a steering wheel

Use of a stripper for removal of a steering wheel

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Establish forward wheels of the car for the movement directly forward.
3. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, remove the button of a sound signal from the central part of a steering wheel and disconnect from it the electric socket (see rice. Disconnect the electric socket from the button of a sound signal).
4. The screw-driver unbend uvulas of the fixing washer which fixes a nut of a steering wheel from unscrewing (see rice. Bending back of uvulas of the fixing washer fixing a nut of a steering wheel).
5. Unscrew a nut of a steering wheel and remove the fixing washer.
6. Apply combination tags on a steering wheel and an end face of a steering shaft.
7. Using a stripper, remove a steering wheel from a steering shaft (see rice. Use of a stripper for removal of a steering wheel).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Combine adjusting tags and establish by easy blows of a kiyanka a steering wheel on a steering shaft. Check centering of a steering wheel.
2. Establish the fixing washer and screw a nut of fastening of a steering wheel and tighten it the required moment. For fixing of a nut from unscrewing bend uvulas of the fixing washer.
3. Connect the electric socket and install the button of a sound signal. Connect a weight wire to the accumulator.
