GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

As replacement of the bearing rather difficult operation, before its performance read all section. For performance of this operation it is necessary to use a dynamometer key and a special stripper, and also a new nut of fastening of a nave.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports. Remove back wheels.
2. Remove a bracket of fastening and take a brake tube from an arm on number diagonal the lever. Keep in mind that on a bracket the ABS sensor wire is also fixed.
3. Unscrew bolts and remove a support of a brake and an arm of the ABS sensor from a brake board. Using a soft wire, tie up a support with an ABS sensor arm to the car bottom.
4. Unscrew the screw and remove a brake disk. If the brake disk is not removed, take away from it blocks of the emergency brake, rotating the regulator the screw-driver inserted through an opening in a brake disk.
5. Using the face key inserted through an opening in a nave flange, unscrew four bolts fixing a brake board. Keep in mind that the top bolts are shorter than lower.
6. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, remove a plastic cover from a back part of a gear rotor of the ABS sensor for access to a nut of fastening of a nave (see rice. 7. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, unbend the blocking rim of a nut of a nave and remove it from a gear rotor of the ABS sensor.
8. When unscrewing a nut of fastening of a nave for deduction of a nave from a provorachivaniye screw in two bolts of fastening of a wheel in a flange of a nave and insert between them mount. Unscrew a nut of fastening of a nave.
9. Using a stripper, remove a gear rotor of the ABS sensor from a nave.
10. Using the stripper installed on the diagonal lever remove a nave of a back wheel from the bearing. Keep in mind that the internal ring of the bearing can remain on a nave.
11. Remove a lock ring of the bearing from the outer side of the diagonal lever (see rice. Removal of a lock ring of the hug bearing on models with DOHC engines). Beat out a copper drift an external ring of the bearing from a nave, at the same time a drift of an ustanavla howl evenly around in order to avoid a bearing distortion.
Prevention

At knocking-out of the bearing be careful that there were no zaboina on a bearing seat in a nave.


12. If the internal ring of the bearing remained on a nave, remove it with application of a stripper.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear all details and check their state.
2. Using a tubular mandrel of the corresponding diameter, pressing an external ring of the bearing, install the new bearing in the diagonal lever. Install the bearing against the stop it in a fillet.
3. Establish a lock ring of the bearing and check that it accurately зафиксиро vatsya in a flute.
4. While the assistant supports an internal ring of the bearing, from a reverse side of the diagonal lever with use of a metal tubular mandrel from outer side of the diagonal lever insert a nave into place. Do not make sharp and great efforts as it is easy to damage the bearing.
5. Establish a gear rotor of the ABS sensor on a nave. At the same time from the outer side support a nave.
6. Screw a new nut of fastening of a nave and tighten it the required moment. At the same time hold a nave from a provorachivaniye also, as well as at removal.
7. Establish the new blocking rim on a nave nut and unbend it to a gear rotor of the ABS sensor.
8. Establish a plastic cover on a back part of a gear rotor of the ABS sensor.
9. Screw in bolts of fastening of a brake board and fix them by the required moment.
10. Establish a brake disk and fix it by the screw, then several times tighten the emergency brake in order that the mechanism of the regulator moved blocks into position.
11. Establish a support and an arm of the ABS sensor on a brake board and tighten fastening bolts the required moment.
12. Establish a brake tube in an arm on the diagonal lever and fix it by a bracket.
13. Establish a wheel, then lower the car on the earth and tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the required moment.
