GENERAL INFORMATION

Arrangement of a bolt of fastening of a back cross beam

Removal

2 and 3 – bolts of fastening of an arm of a forward cross beam

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Weaken bolts of fastening of a back wheel, then lift a back part of the car and fix on supports. Remove back wheels.
2. Remove back section of the exhaust system.
3. Disconnect a cable of the emergency brake and returnable springs from control levers of the emergency brake.
4. Remove a cable of the emergency brake from arms on diagonal levers.
5. Remove brackets and take brake tubes from arms on diagonal levers. Keep in mind that on brackets wires of ABS sensors (see rice are fixed. An arm arrangement with a brake tube and brackets with an ABS sensor wire on the diagonal lever on models with DOHC engines).
6. Unscrew bolts and remove supports and arms of ABS sensors from brake boards. Without disconnecting brake hoses, using a soft wire, tie up supports and arms of the ABS sensor to the car bottom.
7. Working in turn from two parties of the car, support by a jack the diagonal lever, then unscrew the bolt fixing the lower part of the shock-absorber to the diagonal lever. Being careful, lower a jack and take the lower part of the shock-absorber from the diagonal lever.
8. Disconnect the giving fuel hose from the fuel filter which is located on the right side on the car bottom before the fuel tank. Close openings in the filter and a hose suitable traffic jams.
9. Support by a jack a back cross beam and unscrew two bolts fixing it.
10. Lower a jack so that it was possible to remove springs of a back suspension bracket and buffers of springs. At the same time be careful not to deform hoses, tubes and wires.
11. Check that all hoses, tubes, a cable and an electrical wiring do not interfere with removal of knot of a back suspension bracket.
12. Supporting knot of a back suspension bracket by the jack established under a back plate of a cross-piece, unscrew two bolts fixing a forward cross beam.
13. Unscrew from two parties on two bolts which fix arms of a forward beam to the car bottom. Being careful, lower knot of a back suspension bracket and take it from under the car (see rice. 14. If necessary, replace plugs of forward fastening of a forward cross beam of a back suspension bracket, using a bolt, a nut, big washers and a tubular mandrel of the corresponding diameter. At installation of the plug moisten it with soap water.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish knot of a back suspension bracket under a back part of the car and lift it the jack established under a back plate of a cross-piece.
2. Screw in, but do not tighten an okonchatel but two bolts of fastening of a forward cross beam of a back suspension bracket. At the same time bolts have to pass through arms of fastening of a cross beam.
3. Screw in bolts, the fixing arms of a forward cross beam to the bottom of the car and tighten them the required moment. Tighten the required moment two earlier screwed in bolts of fastening of a forward cross beam of a back suspension bracket.
4. Lower the jack supporting a back plate of a cross beam and establish springs and buffers of springs between diagonal levers and the bottom of the car.
5. Being careful, lift the jack supporting a back cross beam, then screw in the bolts fixing a beam to the bottom of the car and tighten them the required moment.
6. Connect the giving fuel hose to the fuel filter and fix it by a collar.
7. Supporting diagonal levers by a jack, as well as at removal, connect the lower part of the shock-absorber to the diagonal lever and fix by a bolt, having tightened it the required moment. Establish brake tubes on arms on the bottom of the car and fix them by brackets.
8. Establish supports and arms of ABS sensors on a brake board and fix by bolts, having tightened them the required moment.
9. Establish brake tubes in arms on diagonal levers and fix them by brackets.
10. Establish a cable of the emergency brake in arms on diagonal levers and connect the ends of cables and returnable springs to control levers of the emergency brake. Check adjustment of a cable of the emergency brake.
11. Establish back section of the exhaust system.
12. Establish wheels and lower the car on the earth. Tighten bolts of fastening of wheels the required moment.
