1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
2. On early models remove the air filter. On later models disconnect the air duct from the air filter, then disconnect a vacuum pipe and a hose of ventilation of a case from an air chamber. Unscrew three screws and remove an air chamber together with an air duct. |
3. Disconnect vacuum hoses from the main diaphragm block. |
4. Using a drift, beat out цилиндричес a cue a pin, the fixing main diaphragm block to the top cover of the carburetor. |
5. Note the provision of adjusting tags of a bimetallic casing, and at their absence put tags which need to be used for installation simplification. Unscrew three screws and remove a bimetallic casing. Move a casing aside, at the same time do not deform hoses of supply of cooling liquid and an electrical wiring of a heater of the gate. |
6. Unscrew three screws fixing gate knot to the case of the carburetor and lower gate knot down, without disconnecting draft of the gate. |
7. Remove the star-shaped bracket fixing the main diaphragm block to a cover of the carburetor and remove the main diaphragm block. |
