6.17. Economizer diaphragm

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.

2. On early models remove the air filter. On later models disconnect the air duct from the air filter, then disconnect a vacuum pipe and a hose of ventilation of a case from an air chamber. Unscrew three screws and remove an air chamber together with an air duct.

3. Clear the external surface of the economizer.

4. Unscrew two screws and uncover the economizer, a spring and a diaphragm.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear the interfaced surfaces in a cover of the economizer and the case.

2. Correctly orient and establish a spring on a cover and a diaphragm, then squeeze a diaphragm and a cover together. Check that the opening for vacuum in a diaphragm has to be combined with a sootvetstvo yushchy openings in the case and a cover.

3. Further installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Check correctness of placement of a diaphragm (see the drawing).
