Adjustment of productivity of the accelerating pump, "+" to increase, "-" to reduce
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. When checking operability of the accelerating pump it is necessary to give to the float-operated camera fuel from the additional tank.
| 2. Mount primary camera of the carburetor over a volumetric glass. Completely open ten times and close a throttle the ny gate, and you make opening of the gate within one second then return the gate to a starting position and in three seconds repeatedly open it. Check that the cam of the accelerated turns of idling did not limit movement of a butterfly valve.
| 3. Measure amount of fuel which the accelerating pump gave to a volumetric glass, and compare these data with technically ми characteristics.
|4. If adjustment is required, weaken the screw of fastening and turn a cam in the required direction then tighten the screw and repeatedly check productivity of the accelerating pump (see rice. Adjustment of productivity of the accelerating pump).
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
| 2. On early models remove the air filter. On later models disconnect the air duct from the air filter, then disconnect a vacuum pipe and a hose of ventilation of a case from an air chamber. Unscrew three screws and remove an air chamber together with an air duct.
| 3. Clear the external surface of the accelerating pump.
|4. Unscrew four screws and uncover the accelerating pump, a diaphragm, a spring, a support of a spring and the valve.

| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. Clear the interfaced surfaces of a cover of the accelerating pump and the case of the carburetor.
| 2. Check a condition of the valve of the accelerating pump and, if necessary, replace it.
| 3. Install the valve, a support of a spring and a spring in the carburetor case. Big diameter the spring has to be to a napravla on to the carburetor.
|4. Install a diaphragm and a cover of the accelerating pump in the carburetor case. Gradually and evenly screw up screws of fastening of a cover of the accelerating pump not to deform a diaphragm (see rice. Elements of the accelerating pump).
| 5. Further installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
