6.16. Vacuum diaphragm of a butterfly valve of the secondary camera
GENERAL INFORMATION
Prevention

With malfunction it is necessary to replace assembled the block of a diaphragm of the secondary camera as repair of the block is not provided.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Using the vacuum pump with the manometer, create depression about 300 Mbar in the diaphragm block through a hose the closest from the carburetor case. Check that depression in the block kept a long time. In the presence of leaks eliminate it or replace sootvt a stvuyushchy element.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On early models remove the air filter. On later models disconnect the air duct from the air filter, then disconnect a vacuum hose and a hose of ventilation of a case from an air chamber. Unscrew three screws and remove an air chamber together with an air duct.
2. Disconnect a vacuum tube from the block of a vacuum diaphragm.
3. Using a screw-driver edge, disconnect the spherical hinge of draft of a diaphragm from draft of a secondary butterfly valve.
4. On models 1,6 and 1,8 of l unscrew two screws and remove a separator of vapors of fuel from an arm. Move a separator aside, but do not deform fuel hoses.
5. Unscrew three screws and remove the block of a vacuum diaphragm together with an arm from the carburetor case.

Installation
