Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Take off pressure in fuel system.
2. Remove an air chamber.
3. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
4. Remove the case of a throttle or otsoyeda to Nita an accelerator cable, electric sockets, fuel and vacuum hoses and pipes in order that it was possible to remove a collector with the throttle case.
5. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system.
6. Disconnect a hose of giving I cool liquid Russian cabbage soup from the back party of a collector.
7. In the presence disconnect the hose of ventilation of a case connecting a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and a back part of an inlet collector.
8. Unscrew a connecting nut and disconnect a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from an inlet collector.
9. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of the index of temperature.
10. Unscrew the top fastening генерато ра to an inlet collector.
11. Disconnect and remove a hose of ventilation of a case from a back part of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
12. Check that all hoses, pipes and electric sockets are disconnected from an inlet collector.
13. Unscrew nuts and remove an inlet collector from hairpins of a head of the block of cylinders.
14. If when unscrewing nuts of fastening of an inlet collector from a head of the block of cylinders hairpins were unscrewed, after removal of a collector screw in hairpins in a head of the block of cylinders.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
2. Replace all laying and sealing rings.
