Removal

The place of connection to an inlet collector of a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Disconnect the electric socket from the measuring instrument of mass of air. Remove a sealing ring from the electric socket.
3. Weaken a collar, the fixing main air branch pipe to the right side of the measuring instrument of mass of air.
4. Unscrew four bolts fixing an air chamber to the throttle case. Raise an air chamber from the case of a throttle and disconnect a hose from the basis of an air chamber. Then take knot of the measuring instrument of mass of air / an air chamber.
5. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.
6. Remove an accelerator cable from the lever of a butterfly valve. Take a sealing ring of a cover of a cable of an accelerator from an arm on an inlet collector and move an accelerator cable aside.
7. Disconnect two hoses of ventilation of a case of the engine from a back part of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. Disconnect a hose of bigger diameter from the case of a throttle and remove it.
8. Arrange pure rags under one of connections of a fuel hose with the fuel highway.
9. Slowly weaken a connecting nut of a fuel hose for removal of pressure in the fuel highway, then disconnect a hose from the fuel highway. Close the end of a hose a suitable stopper.
10. Similarly disconnect the second fuel hose from the fuel highway.
11. Disconnect a vacuum pipe from the top part of the regulator of pressure of fuel.
12. Disconnect a casing of a plait of wires from fuel nozzles and move it aside, without pulling a wire. Squeeze brackets of fastening and, having pulled a casing of wires on themselves, disconnect electric sockets from fuel nozzles.
13. Unscrew a connecting nut and remove a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes on the left side of an inlet collector (see the drawing).
14. Unscrew a nut and remove an arm of support of a fuel hose on the left side of the throttle case.
15. Unscrew nuts and remove grounding tires from racks from two sides of the fuel highway.
16. Unscrew a bolt and remove an arm of support of electric wires and a hose on the left side of an inlet collector.
17. Remove the regulator of turns of idling.
18. Unscrew a nut and take a bolt of the top fastening of the generator to an inlet collector.
19. Check that all hoses, pipes and electric sockets are disconnected from an inlet collector.
20. Unscrew nuts and remove an inlet collector from a head of the block of cylinders. Remove laying of an inlet collector.
21. If when unscrewing nuts of fastening of an inlet collector from a head of the block of cylinders hairpins are unscrewed, after removal of a collector screw in hairpins in a head of the block of cylinders.
22. If necessary remove the remained elements from an inlet collector.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
