| 1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
| 2. Weaken a collar, the fixing main air branch pipe to the left side of the measuring instrument of a stream of air. |
| 3. Unscrew four bolts fixing the heater block to the throttle case. Separate the heater block from the throttle case, then remove a hose from the lower part of the block and take the heater block from a motor compartment. |
| 4. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve. |
| 5. Unscrew a nut and remove an arm of support of a fuel hose on the left side of the throttle case (see the drawing). |
| 6. Remove an accelerator cable from the lever of a butterfly valve. |
| 7. Disconnect a hose of ventilation of a case from the throttle case. |
| 8. Disconnect a vacuum pipe from the top part of the regulator of pressure of fuel. |
| 9. Check that all hoses, pipes and electric sockets are disconnected from the throttle case. |
| 10. Unscrew four nuts and remove the throttle case from an inlet collector. Remove laying of the case of a throttle. |
| 11. If necessary remove the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve from the throttle case. |
| 12. Do not try to regulate draft of a butterfly valve independently. If draft of a butterfly valve is faulty, make repair in the specialized workshop Opel. |
