7.22. Regulator of turns of idling

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

Adjustment of turns of idling on models with system of injection of Multec fuel is not provided as turns of idling are run by the ECU block.


Removal

The SOHC MODELS (EXCEPT Multec)

Detachment of the electric socket from the regulator of turns of idling on the SOHC models except Multec

Removal of the regulator of turns of idling together with hoses on the SOHC models except Multec

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Disconnect the electric socket from the regulator of turns of idling (see rice. A detachment of the electric socket from the regulator of turns of idling on the SOHC models except Multec).
3. The regulator can be removed together with hoses or separately, leaving hoses on the place.
4. Weaken collars, then remove hoses from the regulator and take the regulator of turns of idling (see rice. Removal of the regulator of turns of idling together with hoses on the SOHC models except Multec).

DOHC MODELS

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Weaken a collar and remove the hose located from the lower part of an air chamber on the throttle case.
3. Tighten the emergency brake, then lift a forward part of the car and record on supports.
4. Remove an engine mudguard.
5. Working under the car, disconnect the electric socket from the regulator of turns of idling which is located between an inlet collector and a starter (see rice. An arrangement of the regulator of turns of idling on the DOHC models).
6. Weaken a collar and remove a hose of the regulator of turns of idling from an inlet collector, then lower down and take the regulator together with hoses.
7. If necessary, mark and disconnect hoses from the regulator of turns of idling.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. On the DOHC models check that the regulator of turns of idling settled down горизон talno, and the electrical wiring of the regulator settled down from above a hose I cool liquid Russian cabbage soup. If the electrical wiring settles down under a hose of cooling liquid, it can lead to movement of the regulator down and at the same time the air branch pipe going to an inlet collector can be deformed.
