7.28.2. DOHC models

Removal

Arrangement of bolts of fastening of a cover of a cable of an accelerator on the DOHC models

Grounding tire arrangement on a hairpin of fastening of the fuel highway on the DOHC models

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Weaken a collar, the fixing main air branch pipe by the left end of the measuring instrument of a stream of air.
3. Unscrew four bolts fixing the heater block to the throttle case. Separate the heater block from the throttle case, then disconnect a hose from the lower part of the block and take the block from a motor compartment. Arrange pure rags under connection of a fuel hose with the fuel highway.
4. Slowly weaken the connecting coupling of fastening of a fuel hose in fuel system, then disconnect a hose from the fuel highway. Close the end of a hose a suitable stopper.
5. Similarly disconnect the second fuel hose from the fuel highway.
6. Disconnect two hoses of ventilation of a case of the engine from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. Disconnect a hose of big diameter from the case of a throttle and remove it.
7. Disconnect a vacuum tube from the top part of the regulator of pressure of fuel.
8. Disconnect the electric socket from the measuring instrument of a stream of air and remove a sealing ring from the socket.
9. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.
Remove an accelerator cable from the lever of a butterfly valve and unscrew an arm of fastening of a cover of a cable of an accelerator from an inlet collector and move it aside (see rice. An arrangement of bolts of fastening of a cover of a cable of an accelerator on the DOHC models).
Disconnect a casing of a plait of wires from fuel nozzles and move it aside, without pulling a wire. Squeeze brackets of fastening and, having pulled a casing of wires on themselves, disconnect electric sockets from fuel nozzles.
Unscrew two nuts of fastening of the fuel highway and remove the fuel highway together with fuel nozzles from an inlet collector. Whether note a grounding tire arrangement on a hairpin of fastening of the fuel master (see rice. A grounding tire arrangement on a hairpin of fastening of the fuel highway on the DOHC models).
For removal of a fuel nozzle from the fuel highway, using a screw-driver edge, remove a metal bracket of fixing and take a fuel nozzle from the fuel highway.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If the fuel nozzle failed, replace it as repair of fuel nozzles is not provided.
2. Establish new sealing rings from two parties of a fuel nozzle. Even if only one fuel nozzle was removed, replace sealing rings on all fuel nozzles.
3. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Check correctness and reliability of connection of hoses, pipes and electric sockets.
4. Check and, if necessary, adjust fuel mix of idling.
