Prevention
At installation of a flywheel it is necessary to use new bolts of fastening.
Removal
Removal of a flywheel on the engine of 1,6 l

| 1. Remove coupling and a starter. |
| 2. If the engine is installed in the car, remove the release bearing and направля the yushchy plug of the release bearing. |
| 3. Apply combination tags on a flywheel and a bent shaft. |
| 4. Record a flywheel from a provorachivaniye, having established a clamp on a gear wreath of a flywheel. |
| 5. Unscrew bolts and remove a flywheel (see rice. Removal of a flywheel on the engine of 1,6 l). |

Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. On models with the mechanical transmission check a flywheel for wear from coupling and a condition of teeths of a gear wreath. |
| 2. On models with the automatic transmission check a condition of the drive of the hydrotransformer and a gear wreath. |
| 3. At wear of teeths of a gear wreath of a flywheel it is necessary to replace a gear wreath. |
| 4. For removal of a gear wreath of a flywheel a hacksaw make spent on drink on a wreath between teeths and, using a chisel, bring down a gear wreath from a flywheel. |
| 5. Heat a new gear wreath to temperature of 180 - 230 °C and dress it on a flywheel. When cooling a gear wreath it will contract and will be recorded on a flywheel. Do not overheat a gear wreath of a flywheel as at the same time the hardness of teeths will decrease. |
| 6. If there is a wear of the surface of a flywheel contacting to a clutch plate, the flywheel needs to be pereshlifovat. |
