Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Move the sun-protection screen completely back and half open the glass panel of the hatch.
2. From the forward party unscrew four screws fixing a plastic frame of a guide and remove it through a hatch aperture down (see rice. Unscrewing of four screws of fastening of a frame of a guide, Removal of a plastic frame of a guide).
3. Move the glass panel of the hatch forward and install it in inclined situation.
4. Remove decorative plastic strips of finishing from guides. At the same time glass fastening screws will open (see rice. Removal of decorative plastic finishing from a guide).
5. Unscrew three screws from each guide and remove spring cutting washers (see rice. Unscrewing of screws of fastening of the glass panel of the hatch).
Being careful, remove the glass panel of the hatch from a car roof (see rice. Removal of the glass panel of the hatch from a car roof).

Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal taking into account the next moments...

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before installation of the glass panel of the hatch measure distance between the rising adjusting flanges. If necessary turn in flanges (see rice. Adjusting sizes of a flange of the glass panel of the hatch).
2. Check that cutting spring washers of screws of fastening of the glass panel of the hatch coincide with adjusting pins.
3. Before final tightening of screws of fastening of the glass panel of the hatch close the panel and adjust its situation according to rice. Adjusting position of the glass panel of the hatch.
4. At installation of the new glass panel of the hatch after carrying out adjustment remove a protective foil.
5. Be careful that at installation not to damage a plastic frame of a guide.
