GENERAL INFORMATION
Prevention

During the work with the mechanism of a tension of a seat belt of forward sitting be careful. Before carrying out any works on front seats block the seat belt mechanism cylinder for what install a safety fork in the cylinder.

Removal

Installation of a fork of safety in a groove in a back part of the cylinder of a spring

Elements of fastening of an external guide of forward sitting

1 – fastening bolt;
2 – the safety fork inserted into the spring cylinder;


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew the fastening screw from a forward part of decorative finishing of a guide of forward sitting, then release a back clamp and move decorative finishing back.
2. Remove decorative finishing from a back part of an internal guide of forward sitting.
3. The plastic fork of safety for the mechanism of a tension of a seat belt is usually fixed from the outer side of the cylinder of a spring of the mechanism of a tension.
4. Insert a safety fork into a groove from a back part of the cylinder of a spring (see rice. Installation of a fork of safety in a groove in a back part of the cylinder of a spring).
5. Unscrew four bolts, the fixing sitting guides to a floor, then take sitting together with guides from the car (see rice. Elements of fastening of an external guide of forward sitting).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. It is recommended to use new bolts for fastening of guides of sitting to a floor. You make tightening of bolts of fastening in the following order – back internal, forward internal, back external, forward external.
