Removal

Use of the special tool for extraction of a clamp of fastening of an upholstery

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before removal of an element of finishing of an interior check that it is not held by other element of finishing imposed on it.
2. First of all unscrew visible screws of fastening of an element of finishing of an interior. If after that the element of finishing of salon is not removed, so it is held by the hidden brackets or clamps. Brackets or clamps usually settle down on perimeter of an element of finishing and their office needs to be made by means of a wide flat edge of the screw-driver or using the special flat tool in the form of a dvukhzuby fork (see rice. Use of the special tool for extraction of a clamp of fastening of an upholstery).
3. For installation it is necessary to combine a clamp with an opening and having pressed the panel of finishing of an interior accurately to record it in an opening.

PANELS OF FINISHING OF THRESHOLDS

Removal

Removal of the panel of finishing of thresholds

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On the models equipped with ABS, working from the passenger, unscrew three screws and uncover the ABS control unit. Keep in mind that two screws are closed by plastic caps.
2. For removal of the panel of finishing of thresholds just pull it up. At the same time clamps will leave openings in a floor (see fig. льзуя the special flat tool in the form of a dvukhzuby fork (see rice. Removal of the panel of finishing of thresholds).

THE SIDE PANEL IN DEEPENING FOR LEGS

1. Remove the forward end of the panel of finishing of a threshold.
2. Remove the side panel of finishing in deepening for legs (see fig. льзуя the special flat tool in the form of a dvukhzuby fork (see rice. Removal of the side panel in deepening for legs).

PANEL OF FINISHING OF THE FORWARD RACK

Removal

1. Having pulled, remove the panel of finishing of a forward rack, at the same time six clamps will be released.

PANEL OF FINISHING OF THE CENTRAL RACK

Removal

Removal of consolidation of doors from the central rack

Removal of the lower panel of finishing of the central rack

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the panel of finishing of a threshold.
2. Remove consolidation of doors from two parties of the central rack (see rice. Removal of consolidation of doors from the central rack)
3. Having pulled on itself, remove the lower panel of finishing of the central rack (see rice. Removal of the lower panel of finishing of the central rack).
4. Remove a decorative slip from a bolt of the top fastening of a seat belt. Unscrew a bolt of the top fastening of a seat belt and remove the top finishing of the central rack.

PANEL OF FINISHING OF A BACK QUARTER

Removal

Removal of the top panel of finishing of a back quarter on the Hatchback models

Removal of the rubber limiter from a sitting latch

Removal of the panel of finishing of the lower back quarter on the Hatchback models

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a decorative slip and unscrew a bolt of the top fastening of a seat belt.
2. Remove consolidation of a back door from a back rack. On the Hatchback models remove the shelf.
3. Unscrew the screws fixing the panel of finishing of a back quarter to a body. For access to a part from screws on the Hatchback models open a cover of a first-aid kit/sign of an emergency stop in a luggage carrier.
4. Being careful, remove the top panel of finishing of a back quarter (see rice. Removal of the top panel of finishing of a back quarter on the Hatchback models). In the presence disconnect wires from a loudspeaker.
5. After removal of the top panel of finishing of a back quarter it is possible to remove the lower panel of finishing.
6. Depending on model the lower panel of finishing of a back quarter can fasten screws, nuts and brackets. Removal and installation of the panel of finishing of the lower back quarter does not present difficulty. Keep in mind that the rubber limiter of a latch of a seat has to be removed before removal of the lower back panel of finishing (see rice. Removal of the rubber limiter from a sitting latch, Removal of the panel of finishing of the lower back quarter on the Hatchback models).

PANEL OF FINISHING OF THE BACK PART OF THE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Having pulled, remove the panel of finishing of a back part of the luggage compartment. At the same time clamps will be released.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.

THE PANEL OF FINISHING OF THE BACK PART OF THE DOOR ON THE HECHBEK MODELS

The panel of finishing of a back door on the Hatchback models is attached by screws. Removal and installation of the panel of finishing does not present difficulty.
