GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

Replacement of valves of adjustment of pressure needs to be made at the same time, at the same time both valves have to be identical (marking of the valve is put on the valve case).

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For reduction of losses of brake fluid uncover a popolnitelny tank of the brake system, close a tank mouth polyethylene and again screw a cover. It is necessary in order that the cover hermetically closed a popolnitelny tank.

2. Install the corresponding container under the main brake cylinder that when unscrewing valves to collect the flowed-out brake fluid.

3. Mark brake tubes, then unscrew connecting nuts and disconnect brake tubes from valves of adjustment of pressure. Close the ends of tubes suitable traffic jams.

4. Unscrew valves of adjustment of pressure from the main brake cylinder and close openings in the main brake cylinder suitable traffic jams.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.

2. Remove polyethylene from a jellied mouth of a popolnitelny tank and pump over the hydraulic brake system.

THE VALVES INSTALLED IN THE BACK PART OF THE BOTTOM OF THE CAR

Removal

Arrangement of the valve of adjustment of pressure in a back part of the bottom of the car on models with DOHC engines

1 – valve of adjustment of pressure;
2 – bracket of fastening of the valve

PERFORMANCE ORDER

2. Lift a back part of the car and record on supports.

3. Under a back part of the car unscrew a connecting nut and disconnect a brake tube from the valve of adjustment of pressure. Close the end of a brake tube a suitable stopper.

4. Similarly disconnect a flexible brake hose from the valve.

5. Take the bracket fixing the valve of adjustment of pressure to an arm and remove the valve of adjustment of pressure. On some models on the bracket fixing the valve of adjustment of pressure the ABS sensor wire is fixed (see the drawing).

6. Similarly remove the second valve of adjustment of pressure.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.

2. Remove polyethylene from a jellied mouth of a popolnitelny tank and pump over the hydraulic brake system.
