15:19. Main brake cylinder


Arrangement of a nut of fastening of the main brake cylinder

1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Press several times a brake pedal to fill with air the vacuum amplifier of brakes or to take off pressure in the hydraulic block of the servomotor.
3. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of level of brake fluid in a cover of a jellied mouth of a popolnitelny tank.
4. Using the syringe, pump out brake fluid from a popolnitelny tank.
5. Arrange pure rags under the main brake cylinder to collect the leaked brake fluid.
6. Mark the brake tubes suitable to the main brake cylinder. Unscrew nuts of fastening of brake tubes and take aside from the main brake cylinder brake tubes. Close the ends of tubes suitably ми traffic jams.
7. Unscrew two nuts and remove the main brake cylinder from the vacuum amplifier of brakes together with laying (see the drawing).
8. Clear the external surface of the main brake cylinder, then having pulled up, remove a tank from the main brake cylinder.
9. On models without anti-blocking brake system it is possible to make repair of the main brake cylinder.
10. On models with anti-blocking system repair of the main brake cylinder is not provided.


1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. At the same time establish new laying and consolidation of a popolnitelny tank. Remove air from hydraulic system. Nuts of fastening of brake tubes have to be tightened by the required moment. In case of pulling the flange on the end of a tube can be damaged.
