| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Using the hammer and a drift, beat out the cylindrical pin fixing the drive plug to a distributor shaft (see rice. Extraction of a cylindrical pin, the fixing distributor shaft drive plug on model 1,6 l (BOSCH distributor)). |
| 2. Remove the plug of the drive and a washer from an ignition distributor shaft (see rice. Removal of washers from an ignition distributor shaft). |
| 3. Take a distributor shaft together with the cylindrical screen with teeths from the case of the distributor and remove washers from a shaft (see rice. Removal of washers from an ignition distributor shaft on model 1,6 l (BOSCH distributor)). |
| 4. On the LUCAS distributor remove a spring clamp of the electric socket, then take the socket from the case of the distributor of ignition and from a reverse side of the socket disconnect the small electric socket (see rice. Extraction of a clamp of the electric socket (LUCAS distributor), the Detachment from a back part of the socket of the small socket on models 1,6 l (LUCAS distributor)). |
| 5. Unscrew screws and take a basic plate from the distributor case (see rice. Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Check a condition of a cover of the distributor of ignition for existence of corrosion of contacts, black paths between contacts, and also integrity and smoothness of movement of coal contact in the center of a cover. With defects replace an ignition distributor cover. |
| 2. Check a state and fastening of metal contact of a rotor of the distributor. If the contact burned or its fastening weakened, replace a distributor rotor. In the presence, remove a deposit and traces of corrosion from contact, using a small file. |
| 3. Check a condition of a sealing ring in a back part of the distributor of ignition and, if necessary, replace it. |

Assembly
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Assembly is made in the sequence, the return dismantling. At assembly correctly establish washers. Install the plug of the drive so that the ledge of the plug entered a groove in the top part of a shaft of the distributor. |
| 2. Install the ignition distributor, then check and, if necessary, adjust an ignition advancing corner. |
