10:30. Sensor of a detonation (DOHC model)

Removal

The sensor of a detonation is installed in the lower part of the block of cylinders from an inlet collector under the regulator of turns of idling and access to the sensor is possible only from under the car.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.

2. Tighten the emergency brake, then lift a forward part of the car and record on supports.

3. Remove an engine mudguard.

4. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor.

5. Unscrew a bolt, the fixing sensor of a detonation and take the sensor from the block of cylinders.

Installation

Before installation clear the interfaced surfaces of the sensor of a detonation and the block of cylinders of the engine.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
