Removal

Removal of a plastic casing of a radiator of a heater

Unscrewing of the screw of fastening of a belt of a radiator of a heater

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system.

2. Working in a motor compartment, remove the hoses giving cooling liquid to a heater radiator from heater radiator branch pipes.

3. In interior of the car remove a forward part of the central console.

4. Unscrew two screws in a forward part and two screws in a back part and remove a plastic casing of a radiator of a heater (see rice. Removal of a plastic casing of a radiator of a heater).

5. Unscrew two screws fixing a forward part of belts of fastening of a radiator of a heater, then lower belts down and take a heater radiator from the panel (see rice. Unscrewing of the screw of fastening of a belt of a radiator of a heater). Take heater radiator branch pipes from a partition of a motor compartment. In the presence remove condense telny rings of branch pipes of a radiator of a heater.

Installation

Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal taking into account the next moments...

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish sealing rings of branch pipes of a radiator of a heater in sootvt stviya about rice. An arrangement of sealing rings on a heater radiator branch pipe.

2. Check that rubber laying is precisely placed between belts of fastening and a radiator of a heater.

3. Fill in cooling liquid in the cooling system.
