3.5.1. Removal
GENERAL INFORMATION
Prevention

For removal of a pulley of a bent shaft it is necessary to use a stripper.

Combination of a tag of VMT on a camshaft pulley with the index on a cover

Combination of a tag of VMT on a pulley of a bent shaft with the index on a back casing of a gear belt

Arrangement of the bolts of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft available through an arch of the right forward wheel

Arrangement of a bolt of fastening of a pulley of the mechanism of a tension of a gear belt

Removal of a hose of ventilation of a case from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders

Removal of the cover closing spark plugs

Unscrewing of a bolt of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Disconnect a branch pipe of the air filter from the air stream measuring instrument. Uncover the air filter and take the filtering element. If necessary for improvement of access remove the case of the air filter.
3. Take off a belt of the drive of the pump of the amplifier of steering.
4. Take off a generator drive belt.
5. Unscrew three screws and remove an external casing of a gear belt. Take rubber sealing rings from openings under screws in a casing.
6. For a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft turn a bent shaft of the engine in the direction of working rotation before combination of adjusting tags on pulleys with indexes (see rice. Combination of a tag of VMT on a camshaft pulley with the index on a cover, Combination of a tag of VMT on a pulley of a bent shaft with the index on a back casing of a gear belt).
7. Unscrew 6 bolts and remove a pulley of a bent shaft (see rice. An arrangement of the bolts of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft available through an arch of the right forward wheel). For deduction of a bent shaft of the engine from a provorachivaniye if the engine is installed in the car, the assistant has to include any transfer and press a brake. If the engine is removed from the car, hold a bent shaft from a provorachivaniye a wrench for the central bolt of a bent shaft.
8. Weaken a bolt of fastening of a pulley механиз ма tension of a gear belt, then take away a pulley from a gear belt and take off a gear belt from pulleys (see rice. Arrangement of a bolt of fastening of a pulley of the mechanism of a tension of a gear belt).
9. Remove a hose of ventilation of a case from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
Unscrew two bolts and uncover, closing spark plugs (see rice. Removal of the cover closing spark plugs). Mark high-voltage wires, then remove them from spark plugs and disconnect from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
10. Gradually and consistently unscrew 12 bolts and uncover a head of the block of cylinders (see rice. Unscrewing of a bolt of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders).
11. Remove continuous rubber laying of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders (see rice. Arrangement of continuous rubber laying of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders).
12. Holding the camshaft from a provorachivaniye a wrench for lysk, unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley of the camshaft (see rice. Use of a wrench for keeping of the camshaft from a provorachivaniye).
13. Remove a pulley from the camshaft, then similarly remove a pulley from the second camshaft.
14. Unscrew a bolt and remove the cogged pulley of a bent shaft. For prevention of a provorachivaniye of a bent shaft when unscrewing a bolt of fastening of a pulley screw on a pulley two bolts a steel plate or, using the screw-driver or the lever, block a gear wreath of a flywheel. After unscrewing of a bolt of fastening of a pulley, remove a pulley of a bent shaft, using a stripper.
15. Unscrew the central bolt and remove a tension mechanism pulley together with an arm (see rice. Pulleys of a gear belt). Remove the expansion plug from a bolt of fastening of a pulley.
16. Remove a back casing of a gear belt for what previously unscrew top and average are resistant for screws of fastening of an external casing of a gear belt. Keep in mind that the top rack is just unscrewed from a head of the block of cylinders, and average is screwed by a bolt. Unscrew two top and one right lower bolt of fastening of a back casing of a gear belt and remove it (see rice.
