9.13. Fuel pump of high pressure
GENERAL INFORMATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. Remove an inlet collector.
2. Remove a pulley from the fuel pump.
3. Remove an oil filter.
4. Remove an accelerator torso from the fuel pump.
5. Press hoses of supply of cooling liquid, weaken collars and remove both hoses from the thermostatic capsule of the fuel pump (see rice. Arrangement of the thermostatic capsule of the fuel pump).
6. Disconnect fuel hoses from the fuel pump and close them traffic jams.
7. Unscrew couplings and remove топливоп the rovoda connecting the fuel pump to fuel nozzles.
8. Disconnect the electric socket from the control unit of the electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine.
9. Using a marker or a chertilka, note a vystupaniye of a forward part of the fuel pump concerning an arm.
10. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a back part of the fuel pump to an arm of the block of cylinders (see rice. Arrangement of nuts of fastening of a forward part and bolts of fastening of a back part of the fuel pump).
11. Unscrew nuts of fastening of a forward part of the fuel pump and remove the fuel pump.
12. Install the fuel pump on the engine and, without tightening, put the clamps and bolts of fastening of the fuel pump.
13. Install the fuel pump on an arm according to are earlier put ми with tags and previously tighten nuts and bolts of fastening of the pump.
14. Establish a pulley of the fuel pump and a gear belt.
15. Adjust the moment of injection of the fuel pump.
16. Establish the fuel pipes connecting the fuel pump and fuel nozzles.
17. Connect the electric socket to the control unit of the electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine.
18. Connect the giving and returnable fuel hoses to the fuel pump.
19. Connect hoses of supply of cooling liquid to the thermostatic capsule of the fuel pump.
20. Connect an accelerator torso to the fuel pump.
21. Establish an inlet collector.
22. Establish an oil filter and add engine oil in the engine.
23. Connect the accumulator, start the engine and check tightness of fuel system.
24. Warm up the engine up to the working temperature and if it is necessary, adjust idling turns.
