19.5. Mechanical transmission

Noise at the movement of the car with the gear shifting lever installed in neutral situation

• Wear of bearings of an entrance shaft of the transmission (noise vanishes when pressing a pedal of coupling).
• Wear of the release bearing (noise appears when pressing a pedal of coupling and vanishes at a coupling pedal otpuskaniye).

Noise when switching one of transfers

• The synchronizer of the corresponding transfer is worn-out.

The complicated gear shifting

• Coupling is faulty.
• Wear or damage of drafts of gear shifting.
• Draft of gear shifting is incorrectly adjusted.
