Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Take off a gear belt, pulleys and a back casing of a gear belt. |
| 2. Pick up the oil pallet, the maslozaborny phone of the oil pump and a reflector of oil. |
| 3. On C16 NZ2 engines 1,8 and 2,0 of l unscrew an oil filter from fastening on the oil pump. |
| 4. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of pressure of the oil established on the oil pump. |
| 5. Unscrew bolts and take the oil pump from the block of cylinders. Remove laying of the oil pump. |

Installation of new laying of the oil pump on the block of cylinders of the engine of 2,0 l

| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Clear the interfaced surfaces of the oil pump and the block of cylinders, then install new laying of the oil pump on the block of cylinders (see rice. Installation of new laying of the oil pump on the block of cylinders of the engine of 2,0 l). |
| 2. For protection of working edges condense a telny ring at installation of the oil pump wrap up an adhesive tape a bent shaft. |
| 3. Install the oil pump, at the same time the internal rotor of the pump has to settle down correctly on shestigrann ке a bent shaft. Screw in bolts of fastening of the oil pump and tighten them the required moment. Remove an adhesive tape from a bent shaft (see rice.
