6.26. Inlet collector

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

At installation of an inlet collector it is necessary to use new laying.

Removal

Detachment of a hose of supply of cooling liquid from an inlet collector

Fastening of a hose of ventilation of a case to an inlet kollekto ру on models of 1,6 l

Removal of an inlet collector on models of 1,6 l

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.

2. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system.

3. On early models remove the air filter. On later models disconnect the air duct from the air filter, then disconnect a vacuum tube and a hose of ventilation of a case from an air chamber. Unscrew three screws and remove an air chamber together with an air duct.

4. On models of 1,4 l disconnect the giving fuel hose from the carburetor, and on models 1,6 and 1,8 of l disconnect fuel hoses from a separator of vapors of fuel. Close the ends of hoses of a podkhodyashcha ми traffic jams.

5. Take a bracket, the fixing accelerator cable cover to an arm on the carburetor, then remove a sealing ring from an arm and disconnect an accelerator cable from the lever of a butterfly valve.

6. Mark and disconnect hoses of supply of cooling liquid from the case of the air automatic gate. Close the ends of hoses suitable traffic jams or enshrine them in the top provision for an exception of an effluence of cooling liquid.

7. Mark and disconnect vacuum tubes from a forward part of the carburetor.

8. Disconnect electric sockets from the carburetor.

9. Disconnect a hose of giving I cool liquid Russian cabbage soup from the back party of a collector (see rice. A detachment of a hose of supply of cooling liquid from an inlet collector).

10. In the presence disconnect the hose of ventilation of a case connecting a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and a back part of an inlet collector (see rice. Fastening of a hose of ventilation of a case to an inlet kollekto ру on models of 1,6 l).

11. Unscrew a connecting nut and disconnect a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from an inlet collector.

12. On models 1,4 and 1,6 of l disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of the index of temperature.

13. Unscrew the top fastening генерато ра to an inlet collector.

14. On models 1,4 and 1,6 of l disconnect and remove a hose of ventilation of a case from a back part of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

15. Check that all hoses, pipes and electric sockets are disconnected from an inlet collector.

16. Unscrew nuts and remove an inlet collector from hairpins of a head of the block of cylinders (see rice. Removal of an inlet collector on models of 1,6 l).

17. If when unscrewing nuts of fastening of an inlet collector from a head of the block of cylinders hairpins were unscrewed, after removal of a collector screw in hairpins in a head of the block of cylinders.

18. If necessary remove the carburetor from an inlet collector.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal taking into account the next moments. If the carburetor was removed, install it on an inlet collector with new laying.

2. If from an inlet collector the arm of fastening of the generator unscrewed, establish it before installation of a collector.

3. Establish an inlet collector on a head of the block of cylinders with new laying and fix by nuts, having tightened them the required moment.

4. Check correctness of connection of hoses, pipes and electric sockets.

5. Fill in cooling liquid in the cooling system.

6. Check and, if necessary, adjust an accelerator cable.

7. If works on the carburetor were performed, check turns of idling and maintenance WITH in exhaust gases.
