Prevention
At installation of the top cover of the carburetor it is necessary to use new laying. For check of turns of idling and contents WITH in exhaust gases it is necessary to use a tachometer and the analyzer of exhaust gases.
Removal
Arrangement of screws of fastening of the top cover of the carburetor
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
| 2. On models with the round air filter remove the air filter. On other models disconnect airpro-waters from the air filter, then disconnect a vacuum pipe and a hose of ventilation of a case from an air chamber. Unscrew three screws and remove an air chamber together with an air duct. |
| 3. Being careful, clear the external surface of the carburetor. |
| 4. Disconnect the giving fuel hose from the carburetor and close it a suitable stopper. |
| 5. Mark and disconnect hoses of supply of cooling liquid from the case of the air automatic gate and close them traffic jams or enshrine in the top provision for prevention of losses of cooling liquid. |
| 6. Disconnect the electric socket from a gate heater. |
| 7. Disconnect the lower vacuum hoses from the block of movement of the gate. |
| 8. Unscrew four screws fixing the top cover of the carburetor. At the same time remember an arrangement of screws as they have different length (see rice. Arrangement of screws of fastening of the top cover of the carburetor). |
| 9. Remove the top cover of the carburetor and laying. |

Check
Measurement of distance of the top provision of a float of X
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Check adjustment of a float for what establish a carburetor cover vertically so that the needle valve was closed, but the ball of the valve should not be drowned. Measure distance from laying of a cover of the carburetor to the float basis (see rice. Measurement of distance of the top provision of a float of X). If the measured distance does not correspond to demanded, float weight wrong means, and the float needs to be replaced. |
| 2. If necessary, using a punch, beat out a float axis from the basis of the top cover and remove a float and a needle. |
| 3. Check a condition of details of the carburetor and, if necessary, replace them. Check a needle for wear existence. Check tightness of a float on lack of fuel in it. |
| 4. Clear the interfaced surfaces of the case of the carburetor and a cover of the carburetor. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal taking into account the next moments. |
| 2. At installation of a cover of the carburetor use new laying. |
| 3. Check that the float and a needle freely moved. |
| 4. Check correctness of connection of all hoses, tubes and electric sockets. |
| 5. Check the level of cooling liquid and, if necessary, bring it to norm. Check and, if necessary, adjust turns of idling and maintenance WITH in exhaust gases. |
