Removal

Elements of fastening of the back stabilizer of cross stability on models from the engine ми DOHC

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports.
2. Working under the car, remove brackets and take brake tubes from arms from two parties of the bottom of the car. Keep in mind that on brackets which fix brake tubes wires of ABS sensors are fixed.
3. Disconnect the giving fuel hose from the fuel filter which is located on the right side on the car bottom before the fuel tank. Close openings in the filter and a hose suitable traffic jams.
4. Support by a jack a back cross beam and unscrew two bolts fixing it.
5. For access to arms of fastening of the stabilizer of cross resistance to a back beam, being careful, lower a jack, at the same time do not stretch hoses, tubes and электричес Kia of a wire.
6. Unscrew nuts and take off earrings of the stabilizer of cross stability from diagonal levers. Remove rubber pillows and expansion plugs.
7. Unscrew two bolts, the fixing arms of the stabilizer of cross resistance to a back beam and take the stabilizer from under the car (see the drawing).
8. If necessary take off earrings, having just pulled together them from the stabilizer.
9. Check a condition of adjusting plugs of the stabilizer of cross stability and if necessary, replace them.
10. If necessary replace plugs on stabilizer earrings.
11. For removal of adjusting plugs pull together them on the stabilizer after removal of an earring. Before installation moisten new plugs with soap water.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the stabilizer of cross stability under a back part of the car and fix stabilizer earrings.
2. Establish the arms fixing the stabilizer of cross resistance to a back beam and fix by bolts, having tightened them the required moment.
3. Being careful, lift the jack supporting a back cross beam, then screw in the bolts fixing a beam to the bottom of the car and tighten them the required moment.
4. Connect the giving hose to the fuel filter and fix it by a collar.
5. Establish brake tubes in arms on the bottom of the car and fix them by brackets.
6. Lower the car on the earth.
