Prevention
At installation it is necessary to use new sealing washers under a connecting bolt of a brake hose.
MODELS WITH CONTINUOUS DISKS
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. In the presence take off wheel caps, then weaken bolts of fastening of forward wheels. Tighten the emergency brake, then lift a forward part of the car and record on supports. Remove a wheel. |
| 2. Remove brake shoes. |
| 3. For reduction of losses of brake fluid uncover a popolnitelny tank of the brake system, close a tank mouth polyethylene and again screw a cover. It is necessary in order that the cover hermetically closed a popolnitelny tank. Alternatively, using a clip, press the brake hose going to a support. |
| 4. Clear area around the connecting coupling of a brake hose and a support. Unscrew a connecting bolt, the fixing brake hose to a back part of a support and disconnect a hose from a support. Remove two sealing washers from a connecting bolt. Close an opening in a support and in a brake hose suitable traffic jams. |
| 5. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, remove dustproof caps from two bolts of fastening of the holder of a support. Unscrew bolts and remove a support from a rotary fist. |

Repair
Extraction of the plastic plug from a rubber protective cover
Arrangement of a rubber protective cover of an adjusting pin on a support on models with continuous brake disks
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Observing care and security measures, clear a support of brake dust and dirt. |
| 2. Fix the holder of a support in a vice with soft sponges and remove a support from the holder of a support for what press the support face down and remove it from adjusting pins. Note orientation and remove the directing springs from the holder of a support. |
| 3. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, remove a bracket of fastening of a dustproof cover of the piston of a support, then, being careful, in the same way remove a dustproof cover. |
| 4. Take the piston from a support for what it is possible to use the air under low pressure given to the brake cylinder through an opening for connection of a brake hose. At the same time instead of brake shoes establish wooden whetstone. |
| 5. Remove wooden whetstone and, being careful, take the piston. |
| Using the wooden or plastic tool, take a sealing ring from a flute in a support opening. |
| 6. Check a condition of all details of a support and replace the worn-out or damaged details. Check a condition of the directing fingers. |
| 7. Pay special attention to the cylinder and the piston. In the presence of scratches, рисок, wear or pointed corrosion it is necessary to replace the piston and the cylinder, and it means that it is necessary to replace a support assembled. Irrespective of a state, replace all rubber consolidations. |
| 8. Wash out all details in methyl alcohol or pure brake fluid and wipe them. For a clearing of tubes and openings use compressed air. |
| 9. Establish a sealing ring in a support opening. |
| 10. Dip the piston into brake fluid and apply a thin film of brake fluid on an opening for the piston in a support. Install a dustproof cover on the piston so that the internal diameter of a cover was included into a piston flute. |
| 11. Insert the piston into a support and at the same time insert an external edge of a dustproof cover into a support before its fixing. Establish a bracket of fastening of a dustproof cover. |
| 12. Check ease of movement of the piston in a support. |
| If necessary replace a rubber cover of an adjusting pin in the support case. Take the plastic plug from a pin, then, being careful, squeeze a rubber protective cover and take it from an opening in the support case (see rice. | 13. In the sequence, to removal establish the return new rubber protective covers. |
| 14. Fix the holder of a support in a vice with soft sponges and establish the directing springs in the same situation in which they were before removal. |
| 15. Establish a support on adjusting pins of the holder of a support. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Establish the holder of a support on a rotary fist and fix by bolts, having tightened them the required moment. Establish dustproof caps on bolts. |
| 2. Connect a brake hose to a support and fix it by a connecting bolt with new sealing washers. |
| 3. Establish brake disks. |
| 4. Remove polyethylene from a jellied mouth of a popolnitelny tank and pump over the corresponding brake contour. |
| 5. Establish a wheel and lower the car on the earth. Tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the required moment. |

MODELS WITH THE VENTILATED DISKS
Removal
Arrangement of bolts of fastening of the holder of a support to a rotary fist on models with the ventilated brake disks
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
